Consumer's Digest recently reviewed all types of flooring products in their April 2000 issue, including laminates. You may want to have a look at that issue. (Check your local library for back issues or see if they can send you one). I think Consumer Reports is currently working on a review of products as well, but I don't know when that study will be published.
