I live in a Victorian apartment building, with ugly red brick design linoleum floor. my question is, do I cover the existing floor with a new covering, or do I remove the old linoleum first in order to put in the new floor? And if so, how do I go about this job? Also, just for curiosity,how do I refurbish a pine wood floor that has been paited over the years without damaging it, or ending in the poor house?
