The reason I found this post was the result of a search for some "diamond plate" laminate flooring.
I've already had it installed for about 5 years now. (kitchen, dining nook, foyer, hallway) (lots of floor).
Had a water leak in the kitchen over the weekend that left standing water overnight and all of the seams are curled up. needs to be replaced - wish me luck trying to find the same color.
As far as durability, my son dropped a 3/8 ratchet wrench on it and produced a crack (not so good)
Next house I'm going with real wood or tile.
